Moreover, Neuro-Biotech has a long history of failure.

It goes way well before 2000 when it was listed as YNU on the TSX.V. Geez, it began as a reverse split & name change from Penstar Wirecom Ltd 1:10 27 Apr 98 and then another name change to DPC Biosciences Corporation (YNU) 1:1 30Nov01

In accordance with Policy 2.6, effective November 30, 2001, trading in the
securities of the Company will continue under the Inactive designation.

As of November 30, 2001, the Company is prohibited from granting stock options,
and principals are prohibited from exercising previously granted stock options.
These prohibitions will remain in effect until further notice. The Company is
expected to initiate its reorganization within twelve months of being
designated Inactive and is required to achieve tier maintenance requirements no
later than May 29, 2002 failing which trading in the securities of the Company
may be suspended.

Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders October 1, 2001, the
Company has changed its name from Neuro-Biotech Corporation to DPC Biosciences
Corporation.
There is no consolidation of capital.

Effective at the opening November 30, 2001, the common shares of DPC
Biosciences Corporation will commence trading on CDNX under the Inactive
designation, and the common shares of Neuro-Biotech will be delisted.

Capitalization: unlimited shares with no par value of which
19,006,533 shares are issued and outstanding
Escrow: 0 shares

Transfer Agent: Equity Transfer Services Inc.
Trading Symbol: YNU (unchanged)
