I recommend going through the PR's carefully so you can see the company's progression and where it's at.

Remember Coats, the CEO, took over in early March. Look at the PR's from then to get a decent feel about where ur at. Note that the PR's are a very quick read, most are less than a 1/2 page so get to it!! Then look at the iBox, check the companys website so you can see the three distinct divisions & have a nice overview...

GL, & if other board members have not done this, they should. AT LEAST do that, read & re-read the PR's.

Also thatguy25 has a good sticky post up, read that too & whatever else is around. Then start asking your questions of the board. Don't be shy, but don't be lazy either. EVERYONE here appreciates others doing a bit of leg work, contacting the CEO or whatnot & asking around after stuff-- but get an answer & bring an answer too!!
