I wasn't sure, so I went and looked. Island got mergered into Instinet. Don't know what that means for Island or the Island book. Um, I don't think CINN and Island are the same thing. CINN is the Cincinnati exchange. Level 2 and Island are not the same thing. Ed Nicoll if I remember right was CEO of Datek. Java bookviewer looks to be working ok on their site.
