Now I am convinced this is a textbook shakedown. .0148, really? They do this alot with pharm companies right before an FDA decision happens (approval usually). I've seen a stock (POZN) go from $11 to $5 to $11 in literally 2 minutes on approval day. I'm taking this as a GREAT sign !
