Take a second mortgage out.. if this is really going to increase that much in a couple months hell he can have a foreclosure and buy a house in full .. with CASH!...Probably much nicer than his last one.. if someone said be homeless for 2 months and after that you will have a million bucks.. easy answer. sure tell me what dumpster to sleep next to.

in no way would it make any sense to sell if its really going to increase that much even if it takes 10 years!... anybody who knew a stock would increase 1000 times with a 1,000 dollars or more invested would be out of their mind to sell.

Maybe its hard to believe he just got out because he thought it was at the highest pps he will see. or close to the highest.
