Why would someone sell with big profits so early?

If they lets say bought for $1,000 at .0001 and sold to make 7,000 at .0008 why not wait until this guarantee of pennies or higher to make 800,000.. or 8 million like everyone here believes will happen within the end of the year.

so by your standards he made such a horrible decision to sell when he could have made 100 times profit or even 1000?
