We don't have a "concensus" because that's not a word. I thought we agreed that strict market cap rules aren't necessary. I don't want to be discussing Dell here but in this market, there have been some niches where bigger stocks, like the steel companies, were undervalued and became hot.

I would like to stay with valuation and make exceptions on market cap. Bobwins
