nope, when they say, cash deal, it's obvious BS. they don't have money, no cash to pay for r/m. They have to issue shares. now, they need more time to find a candidate and their cash will burn pretty quick to their azz for a while. This goes exactly the same path NWTT has done 4 years ago. A/S increase to 20B, then r/s.
