Can A company recover from No Bid?..Yes they can , as long as management has a clear game plan to reduce expenses and a product capable of growth into the future,

Does Arts have this? That is A question everyone need to ask them self,

I for one took the less attractive route and sold at 1, when it comes to a no bid situation, each must go their own way..Good luck to all still here, I will keep up on the news and posts but will not get back into until a more positive situation arrives.
