i have been searching madly for info on commons and examples during stalking horse asset purchase agreement. in some cases it appears it is like a Reverse merger in others the company stands on its own and keeps operating. I think this is the case here but after about 20 or so finds i was unable to determine what happens to the commons. any one here have experience or knowledge of what will happen. if you are currently buying I am sure you feel confident they are safe. I would just like a little more information if you have some.
