"A/S 2.5 billion. True but they have added 1 billion injust the past year or so!"

OWVI raised their A/S and O/S from 100M to 1B on 7/1/09, by another 1B shares on 8/5/09 and 500M on 5/7/10

So, technically, they've raised the O/S from 100M to 2.5B in 10 months.
