In item 6, it is stated that ECU has been removed as operator. It is then stated that 'The Management Committee' will select a new operator. Who does this refer to?
One way or the other, it is good to have ECU's sticky hands off the deposit. I happen to think Carrier is a mega jerk but have a much lower opinion of ECU management.
