you are wrong ONLINE gambling is legal in the US. the deal is how the online site is funded. it is illegal for a bank to fund them. its complicated but online poker and sports betting is legal if the online site wants to conform to standard like many have done.

PARTY POKER did not conform and is no longer a GIANT as someone said.
