Have patience! With two new subsidiaries, there is a lot of work that must go into a 10K filing. Having a subsidiary over seas doesn't help speed up the process either. STTC is waiting on approval from the auditors. The auditors need to make sure everything meets GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles). I would expect in the future that the earnings will be compiled faster because the data will be more readily available.

You should find comfort in the fact that the CEO is still buying shares. I'm not concerned at this point that the earnings haven't come out yet. Sure, I would like to see them like everyone else, but I'm in this company for what the future holds. So, many things have taken place since the beginning of this year, we will not see that in the earnings yet. I'm looking forward to the future earnings from the 2cd and 3rd quarters later this year. Those earnings will determine if this company is really going places. IMHO
