Well they just did a small capital raise so they can do some groundwork I would assume but not much in the way of drilling based on only 300K raise.

GOLDCLIFF CLOSES FINANCING
(Vancouver, B.C.) George Sanders, President of Goldcliff Resource Corporation (GCN TSX.V) announces that the
Company has closed a Non Brokered Private Placement of 3,120,000 Units at a price of $0.10 per Unit for gross
proceeds of $312,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one half common share purchase warrant.
Each full warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.20 per share for a
period of one year from the date of closing.
Proceeds will be applied to general working capital. A cash Finders’ Fee of 7 per cent has been paid on a portion of
the placement.
