I was of the belief that the FDA doesn't even have a machine. In fact I know I heard that question before from Dean's mouth. They don't wheel a working machine down there in the first place. So the entire point of a working model was always a mute point in my mind.
I also thought it was the FDA's #1 goal, saftey first to Americans. Then pander to lobiest and politicians, then usefulness, LOL.
I really thought the radiologist's opinion was the info that would push this over the top.
If I were Dean, I'd submit the entire package another time. Like you hit the return button on your computer because its taking so long.
This is almost commical to me.

The FDA will come back with more questions. Will the DVis be offered in white only, tan or taupe?
Maybe an impact study is being done to see how many jobs will be effected by this Approval. How many jobs will GE, Toshiba, Seimens and Stryker will lose? You know the list will be massive.
