yes, it seems there are additional risks, but if the mm's want to keep everything chugging along they better make their best customers happy--if they can get a trade in on the side all the better!

It seems to me that they can gauge their naked short position in
advance, and if the program sells are not in play they can increase their odds that there will be lower price inventory when they put you guys into play, if you guys get burned them some of them feel it too though it looks set so its always by not as much

looks like we are filling the gap, this might be the first day in years that clyw has "traded like a real stock", a nice smooth filling of the gap on decent volume would prove it,

the bottom line is this, among the ppl that stopped out how many will decide to get back in, and when?

If they believe a settlement is coming they will get back in, since the clock is ticking many will believe that they cannot afford not to be in the stock, hopefully that is what we see

so far it does look like we are getting support at 10 cents, which is wonderful
