wait....
how would cmsi lose money if CA legalizes marijuana? Yet make money in other states if/when they legalize it? (which is total speculation since the issue is not on any other ballot, that I know of)

If legalized, marijuana would be a huge growth industry in CA resulting in many more dispensaries. And if CMSI provides the payment infrastructure for each new dispensary, they'd profit BIG.
