Kevin.. That's how it looks to me too, but I am also no accountant..

Public records DO show that Tom bought the house on Eaglehaven,
which, as it "appears", he was renting for a number of years..

Anyways, just a sidenote..

I like how folks are starting to dig up this info, AND how they're "open" to new answers..

Time will help unravel this mystery.
