This is one single reason I was kind of bullish and hopeful when AURC was revived by "new management" (check my messages at that time). There is a number of real gold producers in Magadan that could be interested, and they all are buddies over there. :) Basically, US listing is the only Aurus' asset that has some value. But to make it real they need to put in order their Delaware affairs: pay back taxes, officially register new BOD (which is just self-proclaimed Board until this is done). They need also to resolve the "extra shares" issue... which could be done only by hard and painful share restructuring. Theoretically all of this is possible. Practically, they would need a real US representation to do this. With all due respect, Slava, Richard, and Alexandra is not a team that can handle this. They need US lawyer and real business people (even American CEO). Maybe you or Kelly could do it? OTOH, why not just buy a new clean shell instead of trying to fix this broken entity with long tail of bad reputation?
