Here are some questions for Val I have come up with that I would like to ask him since I am thinking about calling him myself also. If anyone has any other good questions, please post them...

1. Your new website specifies many new next generation technologies. Who exactly was responsible for the R&D for these technologies? Do you currently have or are in the process of patenting your new technologies?
2. Can you provide any proof or independent test results of your technology claims? Can you state the reason if you cannot provide any proof of these claims?
3. Have you been approached by anyone about licensing any of the technology?
4. What is your agenda with the white space spectrum?
5. It seems as though your company was anticipating the FCC decision on the public use of the white space spectrum. Was your R&D and Next Generation technology focused on white space spectrum?
6. The Perfect Phone listed on the website, does it contain many of your next generation technologies?
7. What is the current status of your roll out of wireless products and services?
8. What is the status of your China and the Philippines pilot projects?
