Nobody is saying that Houser and Harlan have had an "ongoing relationship."

However, Harlan was the one that Houser says he dealt with (as opposed to Turino, who was standing beside Harlan and right in front of Houser) when BMCS was set up.

Harlan appears to be just as morally corrupt as Turino is.

It's just another indication of the boyz Houser ran to for financing when he started BMCS. Is it any wonder that BMCS was (and remains) a total flop as a company? ... eom
