Does this mean they will not be able to buy Twilite from KATX or are they talking about other gold properties? Assuming KATX got their $5 million would they not be willing to fund BVIG? It would be possible, assuming phase 2 looks good, that they could sell some of the outsatnding shares and cause only minor dilution or JV to help cover the cost. Like everything here we will eventually find out.
