Imo, htlj really wants to move to another stock exchange and that's 1 of the reasons why the insiders buy a lot of shares..
I believe that 2 $ is the min PPS to be a part of that other stock exchange..i tought it's amex , not sure and now i have no time to google it..
But hey, that tells me that 2 $ is almost a certain target. That's 800 % gain from our current status. And thats Quasi 100 % for sure.
As you see English is not my firt language but i do my very best to explain my tought's.
