NASDAQ listing basics:

$1 per share and value of public float (35M in our case) at least 1.1 million. Definitely a realistic goal for IFXY. If that were to happen, sometime in 2011 at the earliest IMO, then look out. A big board listing = big investors and mutual funds getting involved. A NYSE listing is much more challenging.
