I just got the intentions that someone is looking into NNVC from the government position and asking questions on the EARMARK program and possibly grants.

The way some were posting sounded like they are very upset at this time and that someone went and called the SEC and that someone has suggested INSIDER INFORMATION in the same direction.

Your "dime statement" sounded like you were going to call the SEC.

So maybe there is just normal checking or EARMARK checking going on or large results about to occur with NNVC as stated by Keltoi.

It also looks like Novartus is the main competition in DENGUE FEVER. NNVC could be getting mental flack from them in competition.
