Mahp32, I think when ICOA went to non reporting
In 2009 it made it hard to figure out what was going on
and like you I also like FACTS not speculation. In their
last PR he says they are heading towards pink sheet current
which would open the door to more info for all of us. However
there seems to be something building and I'm not so sure its just
speculation that's driving this but we will see soon enough. Good
luck to all involved as I plan on staying :)
