yeah, well i hope new eyes don't come on there and are horrified. newbies will be outraged that pennystocks pay promoters. or that they pay for projects using shares or that they pay down debt with shares. they'll get on their high horses until they either go broke or learn the ropes. either way not good for the stock board.
