Of course the real "KNOW" would certainly help. at least the updates are keeping it from just being endless hope . i think the legal opinion is a must in removing caveat . Now we know that the company was reviewed a month ago and now a legal opinion can be written . I guess . I dont know the timeline or requirements exactly
