"CJ, hi, the stock that the blowhard ben lurkin was pumping is rallying, that is clyw.pk, a recent court document stated they they stayed a motion in the fedral patent trial because they were in talks w/ tmobile to settle (you have to read the message board to find the document they may not have sticky posted it--they need a new hotshot moderator), the motion was unopposed by tmobile--this may mean a settlement is immenent (not sure about the time frame here) but this would be huge, it looks like the market senses this as they have broken a 2 and 1/2 year high (approxy) and now are over 25% the mendoza buyout price of 4 and 1/2 cents when shareholders

float is well locked up by longs imho and most are looking for much higher from what is being posted
