What exactly would a promoter do for this empty shell?


Who said this will be a shell when the 3rd party uses their shares for awareness?

Just curious because promoters are hired so people can sell stock. That is the way it has always been and will always be.


Duh? Why buy shares if you don't sell them. I sure do not plan on holding my shares FOREVER.
