I'm new here.Regarding the grant and price.I'll try not to be long here.I followed the grant process (Sen.Lieberman filed it as an "earmark" on the Defense Appropriations Bill.Now we're talking politics here.Democrats have little love for Lieberman let alone Republicans.As a result , the grant request didn't make it through the sub-commitee (Thanks , Democrats)Also , Democrats have not been allowing minority Republicans to add their "wish lists" to the bill which is why Republicans voted down the military "don't ask , don't tell" provision and now the whole bill is stalled.Maybe that will change after the midterm elections.NNVC filed the shelf registration as a result , to keep the cash flow going.I have personally communicated with Dr.Seymore and he has graciously conversed with me , confirming that all their developments are proceeding on track as scheduled and are not stalling.Remember , test results such as Dr.Harris' dengue fever take a while before they are finally published in a peer reviewed journal.That is where the financial news media will see it on the radar screen and that is when the "Sh.. hits the fan" on Wall Street.If you can , keep buying shares as long as the prices are at such a bargain level.Remember also , if the Republicans regain the majority this fall , the grant money is back in play.Hope this helps.
