Hopefully there is something to the rumors...I take it as a positive sign that the company won't comment on the status of financials....they could be tipping their hand if they did.

Also, we're right at the the end of quarter, and ACDU hasn't released a filing stating they will be late for 3rd quarter. In previous quarters, they've file the delay with plenty of time to spare.
