I think your math is a bit off. Your P/E only inculdes the float of 69 million where the O/S is 494 million. So 1,000,000 (revenue)/ 494,000,000 is .002 pps. Add a 20x to that and you get .04 pps. I like your thinking, but I'm not sure of any stock whose P/E includes just the float in the calculation.
