ACLH, Ares called me this week to share on progress. Things are going to be interesting in January. I never want to an SEC again! ACLH, "what doesn't kill you will make you stronger", ACLH is coming out STRONGER. And as a learning point note that as the SEC action destroys the Corp name then each valid company that survives the SEC suspention invariably has to restructure with a new name. This why you can't find the ticker much longer after the SS. On the matter of SS (SEC suspentions), those that needed this to happen get punished in court. Those that didn't get released and have to pay $$$ to reverse the damage without even so much as an acknowlegement by the SEC. hummmmmm figures GOV arrogance.
