Jay I am suggesting that yes, I believe the SEC has looked into your claims about NSS at some level and have dismissed them. Do I have factual evidence of that, nope. But what I am saying is that if you don't like the path they have taken, YOU are free to undertake this type of investigation yourself.
Your complaints have been filed with the agency and as history has shown in 100% of the cases, the SEC does not reveal their findings or what they are doing while a case is open. They likewise do not report to you and thus you have no leadership role in this equation. In fact, your credibility is lacking in many ways.
So as was stated very clearly in these courts (using real laws as the justifications) you have no standing in where you are going and...if you want this part investigated feel free to do it yourself. That is not discouraging you from doing anything it is telling you the reality and the facts. That you, as usual, don't like the reality and facts is not surprising.
