Now you know what I mean by one last final hurray! they are basically saying that all plans to this date have flopped, and if they don't take this drastic action to raise 10x's more money at the expense of current shareholders than they ever did in the past, they can't do nothing. Exactly where did all the money go? what was it spent on other than promotions and press releases, and paying each others rents off? Can we please see pictures of headquarters? Nope, because they all live hodgepodge out of their bedroom offices, this company does not exist! I have been calling for pictures of their operations for months upon months, then they buy a dispensary, and say it's their business where everything is being developed from, then they come out and say their own lawyer stole it from under their nose? LMAO! ARE YOU SERIOUS, YOU ARE DEALING WITH OUR MONEY!!!! Our money has been squandered. Sure we hear stories about 200,000 sq ft warehouse, empty since they have no money to furnish or pay for it or pay employees to work there, stories of mergers with bio-tech firms that never pan out, promises from Cowan saying news of licensing deals are days away, over 6 months ago.... the list of infractions goes on and on, it is just belligerent, brazen, acts that they think they can continue to devalue the company, lie, cheat and steal from us.
