Public Notice to Messer’s Daic and Williamson

This link Illustrates and quantifies the ongoing damage that has occurred to Calypso Wireless as a result of Messer’s Daic and Williamson’s refusal to comply with Calypso Wireless’s request to remove their unauthorized website that misrepresents Calypso Wireless Inc. that is:

As a result of this egregious inaction the following website has made misrepresentations that have damaged and will continue to damage Calypso Wireless at a rate of $10,000,000 per trading day (plus treble damages):

Please note that in the photo under the chart ( http://www.hotstocked.com/articles-img/small/CLYW_from_the_site.png ) they are using is the Calypso Wireless logo-pic from the site registered to Drago Daic, the site suggests to the reader, in this case Ms. Ekaterina Zelenkova, that it is up-to-date on the Tmobile court documents. The writer clearly indicated in her diagram that she sees no reason for the rally that began on 2010-09-22 and only cites news released several months earlier relating to a delayed market response to the company’s effort to keep up-to-date with patent maintenance fees.

She then goes on to discuss the significance in brief and uses the Logo taken from the hope page of the www.calypsowirelessinc.com page to demonstrate to readers that she has done her homework and were she has been looking for information. However looking at the hyperlink on that same page titled “Litigation Update”, its clear that she could not have missed the opportunity to access the Litigation Update and that clearly it was her professional responsibility to do so. Hence it must be assumed that she did review the page with the url www.calypsowirelessinc.com/litigation.htm. However, as is clear this page has not been updated in over a year and hence she had no reason to believe that there was a legitimate reason for the rally that began on 2010-09-22 the day that a 90 day extension for the purposes of settling with Tmobile was entered into the record. As a result of the malicious antics of Messer’s Daic and Williamson’s unwillingness to comply with requests from Calypso Wireless’s Management / Board of Directors countless investors have been turned away by Ms. Ekaterina Zelenkova’s article.

Again this has unquestionably damaged the company. Economic damages can be estimated but as a rough approximation Damages should be estimated to be $10,000,000.00 per day and of course treble damages must be added (I will surrender the task of parsing out the exact method of damage calculation to the BOD, but may I suggest the long term damage of turning investors away may be that investors are never to return again further it is clear that less than 1 in 20 investors will actually look to see if the court document information as misrepresented by the www.calypsowirelessinc.com web site are going to go any further, if Ms. Ekaterina Zelenkova did not then why should they? ).

Therefore I demand as should the Calypso Wireless Board of Directors, in the interest of shareholders that Messer’s Diac and Williamson contact Ms. Ekaterina Zelenkova immediately and stop this ongoing damage to the company and its shareholders. I also ask that they immediately “take down” Mr. Daic’s website www.calypsowireless.com .

I also ask Calypso Wireless Counsel to file a pleading / counter-claim for this damage immediately and serve Mr. Daic’s provider and Hot Stocked with an ex-parte injunction ASAP.

I have included the following documents as evidence which I have uploaded from gifs that I screen captured this evening, 2010-09-24 (where this post was completed after midnight), I swear under penalty of perjury that these documents were captured today and are true and correct copy’s of their web representations and submit them here as evidence against Messers Daic and Williamson:
