Jack, "suspecting" people of naked shorting is not going to get the SEC to do anything other than dispose of the complaint in the circular file.

You are lucky, you live in a country with rights and due process. In the USA it take EVIDENCE to warrant an investigation. God bless the USA.

If investigations were prompted simply by people "suspecting" someone of doing something the USA would be Iran. Perhaps a refresh of the US Constitution is in order.

Of course, you could post the "evidence" of NAKED shorting in EMXC right here and impress us all. But I won't hold my breath waiting.
