The very reason these companies go public is to issue shares to fund until they produce sufficient internal revenue. The important thing is not issuing of share but at what price they are issued and near term or eventual stock price resulting from issuance.
If a company w one cent stock price issues shares for contracts or employee pay at 2 cents /share,that is ENHANCEMENT,not dilution and so on.
Without production eventually the bashers-and there is a highly paid CWRN basher working for a company which knows CWRN has defacto turned the corner -would win and shares would be worthless.
So,if a company issues shares-e,g,to pay production permit to thus enable production, that share issuance benefits stockholders and eventually results in stock enhancement of 1800%,as posted by a previous post, based on the experience of these ventures beginning production.
Bashers/shorters have people so brainwashed. Public company MEANS issuance of shares by definition(this is NOT criminal as bashers would have you believe but rather is necessary) until self generated income-then many buy back those shares eventually at a higher price.
Once income begins to be generated this will not matter.
Some penny companies have ca 20 billion shares and are not near as close to revenue as CWRN.
imo.
