Submitting lawsuit against Genta

To whom it may concern,
I've been a large share holder for Genta before r/s and still have invested my fortune in Genta relaying on Genta's PRs, but it clearly showed, the pr is utilized as pump and dump tool to sell shares. I'll hire a private investigator and prepare my lawsuit against Genta, possibly join other share holders as well. At this time, the only hope I have now is, to bring the management of Genta to court and hear how and what they respond to questions and stock selling scam which have been practiced over many years.
To be exact, My initial investment of 0.24M now became 0.01M in less than a year.
Genta may dispute and there may not be no evidence, but I don't care. All I want is to talk to Genta management in court face to face to hear their excuse of this mess almost wiped out fortune from investors.
