This major suit, filed 22 Oct 2009, was never cited in any of three disclosure documents (FY 2009, Q1 2010, Q2 2010) submitted, signed, and certified by Mr. R'bt Corr to Pink Sheets LLC. The Company (APRU) to this day publicly admits one lawsuit (Garden Bevs vs. Apple Rush Co. Ad damnum: $512K). There are seven. Believe it or not! (See below.)

Given the crushing weight of lawsuits filed in 2009 but concealed by the Company from shareholders in its public statements, one could surmise the Company, desperate to dump millions of shares before word of lawsuits got out, hired alleged fraudsters Big Apple Consulting USA in Aug/Sept 2009 to perform the heavy lifting. Where, oh where is the SEC? LOL
