EDITED: So you claim this company has cash waiting to purchase just the 'right' company? Can you point me to a filing or something where I can read all about it? That would go a long way to justify the current pps.

If not, do you really expect someone to put up the cash to purchase another company and not ask for anything in return?

EDIT: So if I'm so clueless, have mercy on me and post the facts so I can be as up to date as the rest of the posters here. Are we talking about facts or just words from large shareholders who stand to gain immensely from a pps increase? Help me out here.
