Hahahahahaha... Yes, I would imagine that there would be a frenzy of selling if we just SHOT straight to a price that would make a bunch of people rich.

But really, all we need is a 50/50 JV for a property or two worth approx $1.5Bil and we are at $1. With all the properties we have you can't tell me that we at least can't hit a dollar at some point.

Hell, that'd still put us at a higher gain then almost anywhere else in the market.
