Actually, maxing out the AS is not that bad of a thing. IMO, I would rather have it max out so we can stop hearing about dilution. It cracks me up that a few on here is so worried about that. If those think dilution here is bad then you obviously havn't been investing in pinks sheet companies very long. and if this was dilution, the company can't dilute for very much more unless they up the A/S. I just don't see that happening because DA would know what that would do to shareholders.

By the way, if this is dilution to expand the company than there is nothing wrong with that but honestly, I believe Bravada will generate enough resources after opening up more stores that they can turnaround and use those resource to continue the expansion.
