How can an FFGO $0.0001 buy order take a couple of hours to execute, when there are millions FFGO shares available to sell at the same price of $0.0001?

I can confirm this because my 20M have been sitting for sale at $0.0001 with GTC for the last 2 weeks (Ameritrade).

Any idea why these equal trades aren't processing within minutes?
