My guess,... a lack of agreement between those wanting to buy and those wanting to sell on a mutually agreeable price.

Most who hold this stock now are expecting more of a rise in shareprice in the short term and are asking for a premium rate to do part with those shares. You get out now and they settle tomorrow - your tickets are gone and you can't buy back in cheap.

Many who are 'in' have no intention of getting out 'period' until after the court cases are better resolved.

Thus - demand, but no supply at the price offered.
