If you are speaking to me, no I was never close to Berkowitz...I've never said "now we have a real company" because that is not my opinion and I don't believe they will bring anything worthwhile to bear. I have also never claimed I wanted to make myself whole. I bought and sold, end of story. I was referring to those that put up personal funds and got ripped off by Berkowitz or so they claim. I believe them and would like to see them made whole. I still believe this issue is a scam.
