I only see someone stocking up on shares, not dilution.. How do you think this all started? Someone for some reason bought about 300,000,000 shares Wed. morning. While it crossed my mind that someone could do that to jump the bid and then dump, it hasnt happened and someone is out there sitting with a full boat for a reason.
