I just hung up from speaking with Steve Taylor. We are expecting the owner of the accounting firm to sign off on the 2009 financials today or Monday and they should be posted shortly after that occurs.

YTD 2010 financials will follow shortly after that.

The Harbinger Report will be released once 2009 fins are posted as they don't want this delyaed any further than necessary.

With respect to the tradeable float, he again told me that it is about 5.7 million. My thoughts are that he probably doesn't know exactly how many shares are owned by "Management and others close to the company" and we should not focus so much on this number as on the fact that the float is extremely low...

As a final note, Steve told me that when he was speaking with management, they told him how happy they were with their shareholder group, the interest we take in the company and the fact that we aren't here to just flip in and out. Both management and Steve are feeling very positive about things right now!
